The present invention relates to an abutment for a dental implant with a reinforced shock distribution function. The abutment comprises: an upper coupling part which is an upper portion coupled to an artificial tooth; a lower coupling part which is a lower portion coupled to a fixture; and an exposure part which is a portion exposed to the outside between the upper and lower coupling parts, and has a plurality of moving grooves. According to the present invention, since the abutment has the plurality of moving grooves formed in the exposure portion of the abutment, the exposure portion performs a function like being elastically shaken to distribute engagement force of teeth generated by the implant, thereby providing a shock absorption function for reducing a shock applied to a portion inserting the implant thereinto.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
