DISASTER RESPONSE SYSTEM FOR MANAGING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE SCENARIO AND METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a disaster response system for managing a standard operating procedure (SOP) scenario, to provide a proper response procedure corresponding to a disaster situation, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the disaster response system comprises: a management module defining resources required for a response to disasters as a first resource with respect to a system and a second resource with respect to human resources; an editing module defining first and second activities assigning a mission to the first and second resources, respectively, and generating a plurality of S-SOP scenarios defining an execution sequence of the defined first and second activities in accordance with a predetermined temporal flow of the disasters; and a service module selecting the S-SOP scenario corresponding to the corresponding disaster among the plurality of S-SOP scenarios in occurrence of the disasters and executing the first and second activities in accordance with the temporal flow of the disaster based on the selected S-SOP. The management module comprises a resource management unit managing the first and second resources and a scenario management unit generating the S-SOP scenario generated in the editing module and detecting a logical error from an execution condition of the first or second activity of the S-SOP scenario.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
