Disclosed is a maintenance and reinforcement method for a branch pipe. The maintenance and reinforcement method for a branch pipe includes the following steps of: preparing a branch pipe lining material having a flange part at one end; setting the branch pipe lining material to locate the branch pipe lining material in a pressure container with one open end by reversing the branch pipe lining material using an in-liner, an elbow bag and a flange collar; locating the flange part of the branch pipe lining material closely to a connector of a branch pipe to make the lining material face the connector by inserting the pressure container into a main pipe connected to the branch pipe; inserting the in-liner and the branch pipe lining material into the branch pipe by reversing the in-liner and the lining material with water pressure formed by supplying water into the pressure container; hardening the branch pipe lining material by circulating heated hot water into the branch pipe lining material pressed closely to the branch pipe by heating the water in the pressure container directly; and draining the water from the in-liner and the pressure container and separating and collecting the in-liner from the branch pipe lining material.
