The present invention relates to an anti-tuberculosis peptide that increases the toxicity of endogenous toxins of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and targets the toxin-antitoxin system and its use. Specifically, the anti-tuberculosis peptide of the present invention is an RNA degradation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis toxin protein MazF4. Increasing activity and inhibiting the formation of MazEF4, a toxin-antitoxin complex of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, induces the killing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Therefore, the anti-tuberculosis peptide can be usefully used as an antibiotic composition against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
