The present invention relates to a ceramic thick film manufactured by using an aerosol deposition method and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a ceramic thick film by using an aerosol deposition method and a ceramic thick film manufactured thereby. In particular, a base coating layer on a base material, which is formed through aerosol deposition, undergoes heat treatment under a predetermined condition such that a coating binding force of an interlayer between the base material and the base coating layer can be increased. In addition, aerosol deposition is performed on the base coating layer to manufacture a ceramic thick film. Therefore, adhesion strength between the ceramic thick film and the base material can be increased for a thicker and denser ceramic thick film to be manufactured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
