The present invention is to enable general smartphone-based QR recognition by printing an image-modified QR code onto food itself. With the present invention, food production information, history information, and history information can be shared based on a blockchain between producers, distributors, and consumers. The blockchain-based food distribution system according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a QR code printing device; a plurality of user terminals capable of recognizing the QR code; a plurality of nodes to which the user terminals are accessible; a blockchain where the nodes are registered; one or more processors; and one or more memories. The one or more processors generate a first QR code based on QR data received from a server, generate a second QR code by performing image conversion processing on the first QR code, print the second QR code stored in the memory onto curved chain food itself by means of the QR code printing device, and print the first QR code onto at least one among the wrapping paper and packing box of the food. When the user terminal recognizes the first QR code or the second QR code, the one or more processors provide the user terminal with food information corresponding to the food via a URL and register a block including a transaction including the food information in the blockchain to connect the block in a hash chain form. The one or more processors transmit the transaction generated in one among the nodes registered in the blockchain to the nodes registered in the blockchain such that the transaction is shared by the nodes. During the image conversion processing, the four vertices of the first QR code are maintained and a line connecting the vertices is modified into a convex form.
