The present invention provides a building water supply pressure-increasing system and a construction method thereof, which are to install a low-noise pump for a home of a stainless steel material in an outdoor water meter without separate additional equipment, thereby resolving problems caused by additional equipment, rust, and noise and securing construction convenience. The building water supply pressure-increasing system comprises: a water supply; a water meter connected to the water supply to measure water supplied to a building; an upward pipe to provide a flow path to move water measured by the water meter to individual rooms of the building; and a pump installed on the water meter. The pump is directly installed on a pipe of the water meter if water supply pressure is determined to be lower than a reference value after the water supply, the water meter, and the upward pipe are completly constructed to increase the water supply pressure moving to the upward pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
