The present invention relates to a method for preparing fermented soybean meal and, more specifically, to: a method for preparing fermented soybean meal by using facultative anaerobic bacteria for soybean meal fermentation; fermented soybean meal prepared thereby; and a feed composition comprising the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to increase the digestibility of defatted soybean meal, a main raw material for livestock feed.
