A brand management platform system comprises: a product information providing unit configured to provide information related to a prototype of a product; a response information collection unit configured to receive response information on the prototype from one or more user devices of consumers; a reference information database configured to store at least one between a reference value and a standard term for evaluating consumer responses by category of the product; a response information analyzing unit configured to convert the response information into quantitative consumer response figures using the reference value and/or the standard term; and a product planning unit configured to determine, based on the consumer response figures, a complementary element of the product to complement the prototype and a measure related to the complementary element. According to the brand management platform system, it is possible to quantitatively analyze responses that consumers provide voluntarily or as answers to a questionnaire on a prototype of a product or a service based on a predefined terms-based rule and to provide objective criteria for the product whose prototype is complemented to a seller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
