One process uses a receiver to receive health and welfare data of the user that is sensed by one or more sensors during consumption of media content by the user. The process also uses the receiver to receive health and welfare data of the user as determined by a health provider during an event separate from the consumption of the media content. In addition, the process aggregates the health and welfare data of the user sensed using the processor and the health and welfare data of the user determined by the health provider into an aggregated health and welfare data model. The process also uses the processor to determine one or more optimal audiovisual device settings based on the aggregated health and welfare data model.
