The present invention provides strength-adjustable field exercise equipment and an exercise prescription system using the same. According to the present invention, the strength-adjustable field exercise equipment for repetitively lifting a heavy object to enhance muscular force of an upper body comprises: a support frame vertically installed on the ground and having a pair of rotational shafts disposed on spaced left and right positions, respectively; a chair installed between the pair of rotational shafts in the support frame; a pair of rotational arm units having rear end parts axially and rotationally coupled to the pair of rotational shafts, respectively, and having a grip disposed on a front end part to be held by both hands of a user who sits on the chair; a pair of weight coupling units formed in a pipe shape and including a rear end fixing part coupled to the rotational shaft, a front end fixing part coupled to the periphery of the grip of the rotational arm units, and a connection part connecting the front and rear end fixing parts and formed in a shape bent by three times or more; and a plurality of weights penetrating and installed to the weight coupling unit and varying a load applied to the rotational arm unit in accordance with an installation position. Accordingly, the position of the weight installed in the weight coupling unit is adjusted by a simple structure to safely and simply vary the load applied to the rotational arm unit, thereby providing an effect of performing an exercise suitable for a user in the field exercise equipment while preventing an accident like missing and stealth of the weight.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
