The present invention relates to a tile and a panel using the same and, more specifically, to a heating tile with an embedded carbon fiber hot-wire and a panel using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heating tile with an embedded carbon fiber hot-wire, capable of enabling easy construction, increasing thermal efficiency and removing a risk factor for a freezing burst, and a panel using the same. The heating tile includes: a base having one side constructed on a slab, and formed of a material which is the same as or similar to the slab; a nanoalloy far-infrared hot-wire buried in the other side of the base, and having both ends extended to the outside of the base; a heat dispersion plate stacked in the upper part of the nanoalloy far-infrared hot-wire, and dispersing heat generated from the carbon fiber hot-wire; and a floor material applied to the upper part of the heat dispersion plate, and emitting heat generated from the nanoalloy far-infrared hot-wire to the surface. According to the present invention, the carbon fiber hot-wire is embedded in the tile and the heat dispersion plate is stacked in the upper part of the carbon fiber hot-wire, heat generated from the carbon fiber hot-wire can be easily delivered to the upper part, while the use of hot water is avoided to remove a risk factor for a freezing burst for the prevention of a freezing burst, and a heating speed and thermal efficiency can be increased.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
