One embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for compensating a time comparison value measured by a time transfer using carrier wave based on a global navigation satellite system, comprising: a measurement value receiving step of receiving a first time comparison measurement value of a time transmitter using carrier wave based on a global navigation satellite system in a preset time range; a discontinuous point detecting step of detecting whether a discontinuous point exists in the received first time comparison measurement value; a bilateral measurement value analyzing step of analyzing a second time comparison measurement value measured by a two-way time transfer apparatus with respect to the detected discontinuous point; and a carrier measurement value correcting step of correcting the first time comparison measurement value based on an analyzed result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
