The present invention relates to a spent fuel shipping cask. When loading and unloading the spent fuel shipping cask on a transport vehicle or transport vessel for transport, work is more safely and quickly performed, and the spent fuel shipping cask is designed to be assembled on a cask main body to be inexpensively and simply repaired by only replacing a fastener when the fastener is damaged. In the spent fuel shipping cask, the cask main body further comprises four crane cable fastener mounting grooves which are cut in a U-shape symmetrically in all directions on an upper end portion side of front and rear surfaces of a housing, and four crane cable fasteners which are fixedly mounted to the crane cable fastener mounting grooves, respectively.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
