The present invention relates to a backscatter-based cooperative communication system in a wireless power heterogeneous communication network. According to the present invention, the backscatter-based cooperative communication system comprises: a low-power access point for continuously transmitting an unmodulated carrier; a mixed access point in communication with the primary device; and an Internet of things device configured to collect energy using signals of the low-power and mixed access points and sequentially transmit information to the mixed access point through a bistatic backscatter-communication-based cooperative communication mode or a non-cooperative mode using the collected energy.
