The present invention is to provide a temporary bridge and a temporary bridge construction method. The temporary bridge comprises: a plurality of main girders (110) formed to be arranged parallel to each other; a plurality of crossbeams (120) coupling the plurality of main girders (110) to face each other; a plurality of cables (130) formed to connect the plurality of main girders (110) or the crossbeams (120) to each other, wherein a coating material (131) is applied to a surface to prevent deformation and shrinkage caused by temperature changes; a perforated plate (140) installed on an upper portion of the main girder (110); a heating unit (150) formed to exert heat on an inner upper portion of the main girder (110); and a heating control means (160) configured to control the operation of the heating unit (150). The present invention can prevent a safety accident such as a traffic accident by preventing a freezing phenomenon occurring on a road surface of the temporary bridge in winter. In addition, the present invention can increase the durability and service life by preventing deformation and shrinkage of the cable caused by the temperature changes. In particular, the present invention can increase the tension between the main girder and the crossbeam using the cable to secure structural stability, and minimize the number of cables, which are unnecessarily installed, to reduce construction costs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
