The present invention is a monoclonal antibody specific to the BclA protein, which is one of the surface antigens of anthrax spores, a novel cell line SDV1 BclA 1e 47-1 (Accession No. KCLRF-BP-00429), and an immunity for detecting anthrax using the same Chromatography kits. The kit exhibits excellent sensitivity to anthrax and does not show cross-reactivity to other pathogens and interferers.
