The present invention relates to a river radioactive accident integrated response system. The river radioactive accident integrated response system comprises the steps of: (a) confirming whether a radioactive material enters into a river; (b) confirming a moving path for the entering radioactive material in the river and calculating a spread degree prediction value of the radioactive material based on one point in the moving path when confirming that the radioactive material enters into the river; and (c) applying the confirmed moving path and the calculated prediction value to a preset response manual to spread drawn response actions and decontaminating the radioactive material in accordance with the response actions.
