According to one embodiment of the present invention, a device for measuring vehicle position information with high lane classification probability comprises: a data obtaining unit obtaining sensor information of a vehicle, inertial measurement information, and real-time kinematic information; a data processing unit correcting the inertial measurement information using the sensor information, classifying driving states of the vehicle and determining reliability through fuzzy logic; and a Kalman filter unit applying data obtained from the data obtaining unit, data corrected by the data processing unit, and the reliability to an extended Kalman filter to estimate a position.
