The present invention relates to a rectal balloon device for prostate cancer radiotherapy, and more specifically, comprises: a balloon to prevent the movement of the prostate; a rectal insertion guide for guiding the balloon to be inserted into the rectum; a balloon expansion guide for supplying fluid so that the balloon can be expanded or contracted in the rectum; and a valve for closing the guide for controlling the blocking, supply and discharge of the fluid injected through a syringe for balloon expansion. The present invention can fix the position of the prostate to increase the effectiveness of radiotherapy by minimizing the range of exposure. In addition, the present invention can make it possible to minimize side effects and improve the quality of radiotherapy in patients with prostate cancer in Korea.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
