The present invention relates to an industry safety inducing net used for safety at a construction site, a method for manufacturing the same, and a device for manufacturing the same. In an industry safety inducing net manufacturing process into a net shape using a warp knitting machine, the industry safety inducing net is braided such that a safety pattern display part and a safety slogan display part are seen only from one side by additionally supplying a yarn having a different color from a normal net part, wherein the safety pattern display part is formed with yellow lines with constant widths on both end edges of the industry safety inducing net and displays risk, and the safety slogan display part has a safety promoting slogan presented on the center part.
