A conduit length adjusting device having first and second housings, each of which has a member configured to engage each of them with a first conduit. The housing moving device is connected between the first housing and the second housing, and is configured to change the distance between the first housing and the second housing. Selective actuation of the member and housing moving device causes the first conduit to move into or out of the second conduit.
