The present invention relates to a wastewater processing apparatus using a high-speed turbulent swirl flow floatation process, to increase wastewater processing efficiency. According to the present invention, the wastewater processing apparatus comprises: a turbulent reaction unit disposed at a position to which pretreated high-concentration wastewater is supplied and generating turbulence in supply of bubble water and bubble catalyst water to discharge reaction water reacting with a catalyst in the wastewater; an agitation reaction unit connected to the turbulent reaction unit and performing agitation when the bubble catalyst water is supplied to reaction water reacting with the catalyst to promote oxidation; an aeration floatation unit connected to the agitation reaction unit, receiving and rotating the agitated reaction water to generate an upward centrifugal force, increasing oxidation by the catalyst while supplying the bubble water and the bubble catalyst water, and performing floatation of sludge by buoyancy when supplying swirl flow aerated in a lower part; an agitation coagulation unit connected to the aeration floatation unit and performing agitation when a coagulant is supplied to the treated water, from which the aerated sludge is separated by the floatation, to promote coagulation; and an inclined capturing and processing unit connected to the agitation coagulation unit and capturing and processing the coagulated sludge while moving up the agitated coagulated reaction water in an inclined direction inclined to one side.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
