The present invention relates to a CTBA that can adjust the tow and camber to adjust the tow and camber of the rear wheel to a desired state by using a magnetic force. The CTBA capable of adjusting the tow and camber according to the present invention includes a torsion beam 11 disposed in the width direction of the vehicle and a trail mounted in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle at both ends of the torsion beam 11 and equipped with a rear wheel of the vehicle. In the CTBA including the ring arm 12, the hub 114 is defined between the end plate 113 installed in the front-rear direction of the vehicle at the end of the trailing arm 12 and the hub 114 on which the rear wheel is mounted. It characterized in that it comprises a hub rotating means capable of rotating the hub 114 by the interaction of the magnetic force by the permanent force and the electric force generated by the application of power within the angular range.
