The CTBA capable of adjusting the tow and camber according to the present invention includes a torsion beam 11 disposed in the width direction of the vehicle and a trail mounted in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle at both ends of the torsion beam 11 and equipped with a rear wheel of the vehicle. In the CTBA including the ring arm 12, the hub 114 is defined between the end plate 113 installed in the front-rear direction of the vehicle at the end of the trailing arm 12 and the hub 114 on which the rear wheel is mounted.
