The present invention relates to a natural water-soluble adhesive composition, to an interior finishing material for construction, and to a production method thereof. The present invention constitutes an eco-friendly natural water-soluble adhesive having excellent resolution and water resistance and no toxicity and an interior finishing material for construction laminated by using the same. Accordingly, it is eco-friendly, has no warpage, is lightweight compared to hardboard papers or plywoods, and reinforces strength or tensile strength.
