The present invention can be applied to products having a low gloss with a gloss of 5% or less, and has excellent hardness, stain resistance, anti-fingerprint and fume prevention functions, and is a UV curable matt paint suitable for exterior decoration sheets of furniture, home appliances, etc. Provided is a composition and a coating film using the same. The present invention relates to an ultraviolet curable matte coating composition and a coating film using the same, and can be applied to products having a low gloss with a gloss of 5% or less. The coating film exhibits a significant difference in gloss (fume phenomenon) from the surroundings as the matting agent on the surface of the coating film is released by the local external force on the coating film, and the present invention is very effective in preventing such a fume phenomenon.
