The present invention relates to a UV-curable matte paint composition which can be applied to products having low gloss degree with gloss of 5% or less and is suitable for a surface decoration sheet of furniture and home appliances due to excellent hardness, stain resistance, fingerprint resistance and fume prevention function, and to a coating film using the same and, more specifically, to a UV-curable matte paint composition which can be applied to products having low gloss degree with gloss of 5% or less, and to a coating film using the same. The coating film shows noticeable gloss difference (fume phenomenon) from the surroundings as a matting agent on a surface of a coating paint film is detached by local external force applied to the coating paint film, thereby having an excellent effect in preventing the fume phenomenon.
