The present invention relates to an anti-atopic and anti-vaginitis tissue containing a retinispora extract, and a method for producing the same. The retinispora extract-containing tissue of the present invention does not include a chemical synthetic material, and thus is not only safe for a human body but also exhibits antibacterial power against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Propionibacterium acnes and exhibits an excellent antibacterial activity against Candida albicans and Gardnerella vaginalis which are vaginitis causative bacteria. Accordingly, by having anti-atopic and anti-vaginitis effects, the retinispora extract-containing tissue of the present invention is useful not only for a general antibacterial activity but also for anti-dermatitis and female hygiene, and thus can be used by anyone irrespective of age and sex.
