METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FURNITURE BOARD HARDWOOD INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION FINISHING MATERIAL TO WHICH MIXTURE OF RETINISPORA EXTRACT AND RETINISPORA OIL IS ADDED AND FINISHING MATERIAL THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a furniture board hardwood interior construction fishing material and a finishing material thereof. The method comprises the steps of: impregnating a kraft after mixing retinispora extract and retinispora oil and encapsulating the mixture; spreading a water-soluble fire retardant on both surfaces of the kraft; forming sheet paper for the finishing material by coating the kraft to prevent the pollution and deformation of the impregnated kraft; and attaching the sheet paper to furniture hardwood construction interior materials and exterior materials. The finishing material increases the helpfulness of a human body, memory, and concentration through an agreeable space and air purification and natural air fresh properties with phytoncide, anion, antibacterial action, and sterilizing action since the mixture of the retinispora extract, the retinispora oil, and the resist is coated on the both surfaces of the sheet paper. The finishing material reduces stress and removes formaldehyde from the air. The finishing material guarantees the safety from fire since the water-soluble resist is mixed in the mixture. The finishing material is always clean since the finishing material is coated to prevent pollution and discoloration. A shape of the finishing material is stably maintained.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
