The present invention relates to a polymer having mitochondrial targeting ability and a composition for drug delivery using the polymer, wherein the polymer can form nanoparticles by self-assembly in a water phase even increasing a hydrophobic region of the polymer by synthesizing the polymer in which triphenylphosphonium is covalently attached to both ends of poly(-caprolactone) having multiple disulfide bonds or multiple diselenide bonds.
