Disclosed is a female perineum protection pad capable of hiding wearing thereof. According to the present invention, the female perineum protection pad comprises: an inner layer made of mesh fabric having absorption and deodorization function; an absorption member formed by a smaller size than that an appearance of the inner layer to be closely attached to the outer surface of the inner layer to absorb female secretions and made of polyester providing an antibacterial function for the perineum region; an outer layer made of a permeable, waterproof, and quick-drying fabric to allow air to penetrate thereinto while being attached to the outside of the absorption member to block outflow of the adsorbed secretions and having a band shape waterproof band part hot-melted by a polyurethane-based adhesive for providing a sense of touch to be spaced apart from an edge of the inner layer at a predetermined width to prevent the outflow of the secretions adsorbed in the absorption member, thereby receiving the absorption member; and a silicone nonslip layer formed on the entire or local area of the outer surface of the outer layer to prevent movement when being worn inside clothes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
