The artificial intelligence-based autonomous driving carrier apparatus includes: a base unit (11) capable of being combined with a loading or transportation means for goods; an operation module installed on a pattern board (17) installed in the base unit (11) while including a circuit pattern; moving means (12a, 12b) controlled by the operation module; at least one detection unit (14a, 14b) installed in the base unit (11) while being capable of detecting position information and environment information; position setting units (15a, 15b, 15c) formed in the base unit (11); and a communication means capable of communication with an external electronic device.
