Disclosed is a semisubmersible type floating photovoltaic device. Particularly, the semisubmersible type floating photovoltaic device comprises: a floating body having a plurality of hollow floating units installed on a lower part of a support plate at regular intervals and provided in a state submerged on the water; an anchor fixed in a state sunken at the bottom of the water; a plurality of solar panels vertically installed on an upper surface of the support plate; a post vertically provided in the center of the support plate; and a sinking control means installed on an upper end of the post and connected by the anchor and a wire rope to control the depth at which the floating body is submerged by winding or unwinding the wire rope.
