The present invention relates to a device for indicating a hitting point and a work day for measurement of concrete rebound hardness, which can simultaneously indicate the hitting point and the work day on a convex surface, a concave surface, and a flat surface of a concrete structure by gripping and using a handle by hand. The device for simultaneously indicating the hitting point and the work day for measurement of the rebound hardness of the concrete structure comprises: a frame having a curved surface convex in a front direction; a date indicator installed on an uppermost line of the frame; hitting points installed on a lower side of the date indicator of the frame; and a handle installed on a rear surface of the frame. On the convex surface, the concave surface, and the flat surface of concrete, the hitting point and the work day for measurement of the rebound hardness can be easily and clearly indicated.
