Disclosed are a system and a method for providing marine navigation capable of accurately guiding a route with a small capacity, and a marine navigation apparatus in the same. The marine navigation apparatus comprises: a route unit determining a route to be provided at a navigation map; and a guide unit providing the determined route. Here, the navigation map is divided into regions in a plurality of grids, and the grids have a grid capable of passing a ship and a grid having regions where the ship cannot pass.
