The present invention relates to a power connection device between high source devices of an environmentally friendly vehicle. The power connection device includes: a high-voltage device (100) provided with fastening flanges (120) at both lower side portions; a high-voltage charger (200) in which the flange (120) of the high-voltage device (100) is fastened to a fastening bolt (300); a mounting boss (350) for spacing the high-voltage device (100) from the high-voltage charger (200); first bus bar grounding grooves (150, 250) and second bus bar grounding grooves (170, 270) provided corresponding to each other on a bottom surfaces of the high-voltage device (100) and a top surface of the high-voltage charger (200); and a first bus bar (410) and a second bus bar (420) having an upper end and a lower end fit to the first bus bar grounding grooves (150, 250) and the second bus bar grounding grooves (170, 270) so as to be grounded, wherein a vertical grommet (510) as an insulator is provided between the first bus bar (410) and the second bus bar (420), a horizontal grommet (500) as an insulator is provided in middles of the first bus bar (410) and the second bus bar (420) to form a ″+″ shape with respect to the vertical grommet (510), so that the insulation between polarities is improved, and an arc caused by a short circuit is effectively blocked.
