The present invention relates to an operation monitoring control device capable of preventing a failure and extending its life through effective monitoring and feedback control of hydraulic pressure and pneumatic pressure of a press including a wet clutch brake, and a press device including the same. The monitoring control unit includes a clutch hydraulic sensing unit, a hydraulic shock absorber, a cooling oil sensing unit, a line filter assembly, and a hydraulic line pressure maintaining unit, to regulate the hydraulic pressure and cooling flow rate in an appropriate range and to maintain the pressure of the hydraulic larynne constant. However, it is possible to replace the filter without stopping the system.
