Provided are a method, a device, and a computer program for determining whether there is cryptocurrency tax evasion by using artificial intelligence. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the method for determining whether there is cryptocurrency tax evasion by using artificial intelligence, performed by a computing device, comprises the steps of: identifying a cryptocurrency account of which purpose is not registered among a plurality of cryptocurrency accounts; selecting a personal cryptocurrency account associated with the cryptocurrency account of which the purpose is not registered, by using the purpose of each of the plurality of cryptocurrency accounts previously determined according to cryptocurrency transaction information; and analyzing cryptocurrency transaction histories between the selected personal cryptocurrency account and the cryptocurrency account of which the purpose is not registered, and determining whether an owner of the personal cryptocurrency account evaded a tax based on an analysis result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
