A mountain fire extinguishing device according to the present invention extinguishes a fire by rapidly spraying sand using a rotating disk, thereby being safe and practical. An operator can operate the device by holding a rod with both hands and easily changing a posture. The rotating disk has a partition like a pinwheel and is advantageous for diffusion of sand.
