An objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-water distribution pre-cooling system with excellent practical economic efficiency. The multi-water distribution pre-cooling system comprises: a water tank including a first water tank (100) and a second water tank (200) by a partition (W); a first spray pipe (a) arranged on an upper side of the first water tank to spray cooling water; a second spray pipe (b) arranged on an upper side of the second water tank to spray cooling water; a summer supply pipe (10) to supply cooling water to an upper side of the water tank; a summer discharge pipe (20) to discharge cooling water from a lower side of the water tank; a winter supply pipe (30) to supply cooling water to a lower side of the second water tank; a winter discharge pipe (40) to discharge cooling water from an upper side of the second water tank; a winter circulation pipe (50) connected to a lower side of the second water tank to supply cooling water of the second water tank to the first spray pipe and the second spray pipe; and a pump (P6) arranged on the winter circulation pipe to circulate cooling water. One of the ends of the first spray pipe (a) and the second spray pipe (b) are connected to the summer supply pipe (10) at a first connection point (C1) and a second connection point (C2).
