The present invention relates to a smart lightning surge protective device (SPD), which transmits detected information to an external management server, and to a system for detecting, notifying, and managing fire. The smart lightning SPD of the present invention comprises: a body having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and installing a partition therein to vertically divide a space into first to third spaces; an internal sensor unit positioned in the first space of an uppermost end, and detecting fire information; a lightning protection unit positioned in the third space of a lowermost end, detecting power supplied to a facility from a main power unit, and detecting power failure and lightning to protect the facility; and a board unit positioned in the second space at the center thereof, receiving signals of the sensor unit and the lightning protection unit, and transmitting received information to an external management server. According to an embodiment of the present invention, protection from lightning is performed, fire is detected, and emergency power is supplied during a power failure to provide an uninterruptible power function.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
