The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a manifold insulator for a molten carbonate fuel cell and a manifold insulator for a molten carbonate fuel cell having a concave portion of a mirror surface manufactured using the same, and more specifically, to be polished to have a mirror surface in the intaglio portion formed on one surface of the insulator. A molten carbonate fuel that can be processed to prevent the phenomenon that the electrolyte from the fuel cell stack flows finely along the surface of the insulator and short-circuits with the manifold by manufacturing a manifold insulator for an applied carbonate fuel cell having a concave portion with a mirror surface. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a manifold insulator for a battery and a manifold insulator for a molten carbonate fuel cell having a concave portion of a mirror surface manufactured using the same.
