The present invention provides an analysis method comprising a step of measuring an expression level of at least one proteolytic regulatory enzyme selected from the group consisting of USP12, COPS5, ATXN3L, USP49, and USP34 in a sample of a subject or an expression level of a gene encoding the same in order to provide information necessary for the diagnosis of premature menopause caused by phthalate-based compounds which are environmentally harmful factors, especially di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate. In addition, the present invention provides a kit for diagnosing premature menopause caused by phthalate-based compounds which are environmentally harmful factors, especially di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate. The kit comprises a molecule capable of measuring the expression level of the proteolytic regulatory enzyme or the expression level of the gene encoding the same.
