The present invention relates to an IoT-based real-time wireless water pressure meter capable of monitoring an abnormality in a water pipe network using an Internet of Things (IoT) technology which is not limited by an installation location, and a water supply management system including the same. The IoT-based real-time wireless water pressure meter according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed in at least one of a plurality of water pipes forming the water pipe network. In addition, the IoT-based real-time wireless water pressure meter senses the water pressure of water flowing through the water pipe during a first sensing cycle and compares water pressure data generated with a water pressure range under normal conditions.
