The present invention relates to novel Weissella paramesenteroides strains having the growth inhibition of aflatoxin-producing strains and the inhibitory activity of aflatoxin production and a use thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to novel Weissella paramesenteroides N44-2 (Accession No. KFCC11790P) strains, and a food composition, an intestinal composition, a probiotic composition, a feed composition, and fermented food which have the inhibitory activity of aflatoxin production, including the Weissella paramesenteroides N44-2 (Accession No. KFCC11790P) strains of the present invention, a lysate thereof, or a culture thereof as an active ingredient.
