The present invention relates to farming of marine products and to a solar power complex, which comprises: farms (10,10′,10″) containing seawater for farming marine products; a work zone (20,20′,20″) which provides a work space for workers to harvest the marine products in farming in front and rear of the farms (10,10′,10″); and a plurality of solar power arrays (30,30′,30″) installed to cover upper sides of the farms (10,10′,10″), and producing electric power for operating the farms (10,10′,10″) through solar power.
