Provides a method for manufacturing an asphalt pavement reinforcing material, and a construction method thereof. The method for manufacturing an asphalt reinforcing material on which a grid mesh and a non-woven fabric are stacked to be integrated, comprises the steps of: unwinding and supplying a non-woven fabric in one direction from a first supply roll; forming a molten layer in which fibers are melted on one surface of the non-woven fabric by heating one surface of the non-woven fabric while passing the non-woven fabric between a heating roll and a support roll; cooling the molten layer to form a cured layer having a predetermined thickness on one surface of the non-woven fabric; attaching a grid mesh to the cured layer of the non-woven fabric by passing the non-woven fabric between upper and lower laminated rolls while unwinding and supplying the grid mesh, which is unwound and supplied in one direction from the second supply roll, between the upper and lower laminated rolls; and winding an asphalt pavement reinforcing material in which the grid mesh is integrally laminated with the cured layer of the non-woven fabric around a winding roll. According to the present invention, the entire process can be simplified and manufacturing costs can be reduced.
