The present invention discloses a ground displacement safety area analysis device and a method using a land usage and a spatial analysis. That is, the present invention calculates the ground displacement information of the Republic of Korea using a Sentinel satellite image, and calculates a preset main downtown change information using a Landsat satellite image to generate safety area information based on the calculated ground displacement information, the calculated downtown change information, and the spatial information related to the target area to provide the generated safety area information, so it can provide a users safety by providing useful information in real time about various environments caused by natural disasters.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
