The present invention implements a novel type of an air sterilization and purification system capable of killing viruses and bacteria contained in the air by inhaling external air and compressing the air under a high pressure with a multi-stage air compressor, and also capable of killing viruses and bacteria contained in the inhaled air, the discharged air, and the discharged foreign materials through a filtration function of a micro-filter as well as an irradiation function of the UV lamp. Accordingly, it is possible implement a novel type of air supply capable of not only carrying out 100% high-pressure air supply, but also carrying out 100% low pressure air supply, or carrying out 50% high pressure air supply and 50% low pressure air supply at the same time by selectively controlling a multi-stage treatment process during air compression, while supplying fresh and sterilized air to a place of use by eradicating viruses and bacteria in the air.
