The lower front socket (510) and the lower rear socket (520), and the upper front socket (530) and the upper rear socket (540) are coupled while maintaining an interval by a front and rear connecting member (560). The steel pipe (110) is individually fit-coupled to one side and the other side of the lower front socket (510), the lower rear socket (520), the upper front socket (530) and the upper rear socket (540). In particular, the steel pipe (110) is individually and laterally fit-coupled to one side and the other side of the lower front socket (510), the lower rear socket (520), the upper front socket (530) and the upper rear socket (540) as in Figure 2.
